Our day is built around the oven. Puff patties, pastries, cookies, cupcakes and cakes are prepared in house so the counter stays stocked with something fresh. Cakes are handcrafted, which means each one is finished by hand rather than pulled off a shelf.
Alongside the bakery, we serve café items, shakes, soft drinks, ice creams and savoury snacks — 142 items across 18 categories in total, so a family can order dessert, snacks and drinks in one stop.

Indian sweet flavours run through much of what we make — gulab jamun and rasmalai appear as signature cakes, and our sweet and bakery sections sit side by side rather than in separate shops.
