How do I enquire about a menu item?
Open the menu, choose an item and quantity, then tap the WhatsApp enquiry button. The item details and listed price are included automatically.
Can I buy or pay through this website?
No. The website has no cart, checkout or online payments. We confirm availability, price, timing and payment directly with you.
Are all menu items always available?
Availability can change throughout the day. Please message or call us and we will confirm the item before your visit.
Are the menu prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Listed prices are in Canadian dollars and should be confirmed when your enquiry is accepted.

How do I request a custom cake?
Use our Custom Cake Enquiry page and provide the occasion, date, servings, flavour, budget and design notes. The completed details open in WhatsApp for confirmation.
How much notice should I give?
The more notice you provide, the better. Timing depends on the size and complexity of your design, so send your date as early as possible.
Will my cake look exactly like a reference photo?
Reference photos help communicate the direction, but every cake is handcrafted. Final colours, decoration and details may vary.
Can I ask about allergies or dietary requirements?
Yes. Tell us before confirming an order. Our kitchen handles dairy, nuts, wheat and other common allergens.
